If you're only getting 30 amp service then you're just going to to have to figure out how many amps the window unit draws to determine if you can run it along with other items in your trailer. Typical RV rooftop AC units pull quite a bit so you can't run two off of 30 amp service. The lock part of the Snug Tite lock # THSTL2 can move around, this is true, but the likelihood of being able to hear it while in a moving vehicle is slim to none. It just doesn't have enough mass to make enough noise to be noticeable especially in a moving vehicle and even with the windows down. The Bestop Supertop Collapsible Bed Cover, part # B76308 would do a pretty good job of keeping the bed of your truck dry. The side window zippers and the point where the rear of the Supertop would meet the tailgate would be the two points were the Supertop might be vulnerable to water seepage.
The Supertop is not what I would be called theft-proof, but in order to remove it quickly, a potential thief would need to be familiar with how it attaches to the vehicle.

The K-Source Custom Mirrors # KS80800, are contoured to fit around your OEM factory mirrors on your 2003 Silverado. The mirrors attach by small integrated clips around the edge of the mirror and double sided tape. You should have no issues with the mirrors folding. You would have to fold in your OEM mirrors for the # KS80800 mirrors to fold.
You may want to have your OEM mirrors checked to make sure nothing is broken since they are folding in with the aftermarket mirrors.

I contacted our representative at Bestop to inquire about the Supertop Collapsible Bed Cover, part # B76302. The representative informed me that part # B76302 is weather resistant but is not waterproof. For an item to be waterproof it must be able to keep water sealed out when submersed under water. The material of part # B76302 will resist rain, but there is a chance that water can get in from the seams or zippers of the cover.

Catalytic heaters like the # CAM57331 Wave 3 do indeed put out moisture as a byproduct of the heating process, it's unavoidable with that type of heater.
After doing some research, I've found that the best bet to keeping a large part of the condensation at bay is having a window or two cracked and a fan to provide air circulation.
